identity as God’s chosen people. Once free from Egypt, God focused on freeing them from the attitudes of slavery and hopelessness. Finally, God allowed them to become involved in building the place where God hung out. Something beautiful and amazing.

Now that God Had changed their identity, restored their vision and built his Tabernacle, All that was left was to prepare their hearts for claiming their inheritance. Without a doubt—that would be the most difficult transition of all. As in any kind of training, changing the mindset of the trainee is the most important and the most difficult part of the process.

In our lives, God has prepared us to live in eternity. He provided the salvation through Christ, He provides education through the Bible, fellowship and the Holy Spirit. He has prepared a home for us in Heaven. The final step for us, like the Israelites—is to prepare our hearts and attitudes to embrace the inheritance he have. If we could see ourselves as his chosen people, not as defeated slaves—then we would walk, talk and act as victors and not the vanquished.

We are his, and he wants only the best for us. Seek him first and he will give you the blessings due the children of the King!

God Bless You

Then the Lord said to Moses: “Set up the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, on the first day of the first month. Place the ark of the covenant law in it and shield the ark with the curtain. Bring in the table and set out what belongs on it. Then bring in the lampstand and set up its lamps. Place the gold altar of incense in front of the ark of the covenant law and put the curtain at the entrance to the tabernacle.

“Place the altar of burnt offering in front of the entrance to the tabernacle, the tent of meeting; place the basin between the tent of meeting and the altar and put water in it. Set up the courtyard around it and put the curtain at the entrance to the courtyard.

“Take the anointing oil and anoint the tabernacle and everything in it; consecrate it and all its furnishings, and it will be holy. 10 Then anoint the altar of burnt offering and all its utensils; consecrate the altar, and it will be most holy. 11 Anoint the basin and its stand and consecrate them.

12 “Bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance to the tent of meeting and wash them with water. 13 Then dress Aaron in the sacred garments, anoint him and consecrate him so he may serve me as priest. 14 Bring his sons and dress them in tunics. 15 Anoint them just as you anointed their father, so they may serve me as priests. Their anointing will be to a priesthood that will continue throughout their generations.” 16 Moses did everything just as the Lord commanded him.
